Mint Ginger Lime!!!

Its Summer..so i thought of posting my favourite summer drink called as Mint Ginger Lime.
Mint is not only known for its cooling and refreshing properties but it also has many health benefits.Lemon refreshes and is an excellent source of Vitamin C and anti-oxidants.

The combination makes an amazing cool refreshing drink.Here are the steps:



To make this drink for 4 you need:
Lemon  2
Ginger  1 tsp chopped
Mint      25-30 leaves
Salt       to taste
Water   400 ml

Steps:
1.Add all the ingredients to a mixer  and blend well.
    (tip:add little water at the beginning,once everything is blended well and you get a thick paste add remaining water to it.)

2.Strain the juice in 4 glasses and add ice cubes.

3.Garnish with Lemon or mint.

Enjoy this refreshing drink with your friends and family.
